Mary Olisa MBA, MSW, LCSW-C, C-DBT, CCTP, ADHD-CCSP, CPLC is a Licensed Clinical Independent Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in behavioral and mental health. She is licensed in Maryland, North Carolina, and Washington, DC, and provides client-centered psychotherapy to adults and older adults in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
Mary is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with additional experience supporting individuals with ADHD. She integrates an eclectic, evidence-based approach that includes CBT, DBT, CPT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based interventions. Her clinical work emphasizes collaboration, empowerment, and helping clients build insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience.
In addition to psychotherapy, Mary provides individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as coaching, clinical supervision, consultation, and professional training. She is committed to fostering resilience, enhancing professional growth, and supporting meaningful, lasting change for individuals and the professionals she serves.
She is committed to providing culturally responsive, culturally sensitive, and affirming care that honors each client’s lived experience, identity, and background. Her work reflects a deep respect for cultural humility and the diverse ways individuals experience and navigate mental health challenges.
Mary supports clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, stress, relationship challenges, ADHD-related concerns, and self-esteem issues, with a focus on culturally responsive and compassionate care.
